TTSWTRS is a Ukrainian niche brand specializing in the design, production, and sales of women's and unisex clothing.
Founded in 2013 by Anna Osmekhina — stylist, fashion editor, and costume designer — the brand quickly grew from a small team of enthusiasts into an international phenomenon.
Among the brand's celebrity fans are Emily Ratajkowski, Tina Kunakey, Nicki Minaj, Grimes, Winnie Harlow, Kourtney Kardashian, Kristen McMenamy, Róisín Murphy, Sita Abellán, and many others.
Today the brand operates:
- 4 stores (Kyiv, Odesa, Warsaw, Vienna);
- Online sales in Ukraine, the EU, and the USA;
- B2B direction;
- In-house production in Ukraine and Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the brand’s website: content, design, UX;
- Daily analytics of performance indicators: traffic, conversion, ROI of advertising campaigns;
- Permanent communication with the targeting specialist — coordinated work via the sales funnel;
- Interaction with the PR team: support of publications, releases, traffic from the media;
- Initiation of technical and visual updates to improve website performance;
- Work with CMS, SEO, tracking analytics (GA, Meta Ads, Hotjar or similar);
- Monitoring the relevance of products, launches and promotions on the site.
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce (clothing, cosmetics, lifestyle) at least 1–2 years;
- Understanding of digital marketing, sales funnel, consumer behaviour;
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, basic technical literacy (CMS, tags, integrations);
- Ability to read numbers and turn them into solutions;
- Communication skills: willingness to work with different teams — from design to media;
- Result orientation, analytical thinking, love for numbers & style.
