Shipping & returns

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

All over the place!

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?

Typical we send the Order during 3 (three) business days. 

We ship via local or international courier services (DPD, UPS, DHL) depending on the delivery address, at our discretion.

Delivery typically takes 5–10 days, depending on the destination country. 

Please note that delivery time refers only to bussiness days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, force majeure. 


TAXES AND DUTIES

Orders are shipped from the EU, therefore orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional taxes/duties in the local custom office of destination country. All prices  online are quoted free of any additional charges. We can not include this amount beforehand, because they are paid by the country goods delivery.

For orders shipped to the U.S., taxes are paid at checkout along with the shipping fee, so you won't have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.  


SHIPPING FEES

Standard shipping cost - 40$ to any country worldwide.

Delivery in Poland - $10.

Delivery in Europe- $20.

Free delivery for orders over 450$.


GOODS RECEIPT

UPS/DHL delivery is carried door-to-door. A Goods Receipt is confirmation that the  goods ordered have been received by the requestor. Also, the goods shall be deemed delivered to the Buyer if the Buyer has allowed representatives of the above mentioned delivery services to leave the parcel at the door without the Buyer's presence. The risk of not receiving package in this case is the responsibility of the Buyer. 



RETURN

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

For a comfortable return with minimal shipping costs, please follow the instructions of our manager.

You can return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery. Аnd therefore please write us to: returns@ttswtrs.com and specify:

- return causes
- product photos, if it is damaged or defective

We will pay you back the full price of the product reduced by associated costs once we have ensured that the product's appearance, properties and factory labels have been preserved.

The delivery costs paid during placement the order are non-refundable in case of return of product.

Attention! Following categories are not subject to exchange or return:

Mittens, tights, socks, stockings, underwear, corsetry (underwear), bodysuits, bra, tops, swimwear.



WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE?

The goods return is made at the Buyer’s expense. This means that the Buyer should pay for the delivery when sending the goods back to us. We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amoun in cause the delivery cost is not paid.

When returning orders in addition to the shipping cost, we will add the amount of all customs duties and charges, including import VAT and brokerage services, which are paid by us in the Seller's country. These costs are deducted from the refund amount for the purchased goods.

Please note, in case of refusal to receive the ordered goods, including due to the failure to pay duties in the Buyer's country, we will also deduct shipping and all other incidental two way costs, as stated above from the refund for the purchased goods.


WHEN CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THE RETURNED GOODS?

You will receive a refund within 3-14 days of returning the goods to our warehouse. The exact terms depend on your bank and the way you paid for the order.


I WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER. CAN I DO THAT?

You can cancel your order at any time by writing to us at customercare@ttswtrs.com. If we have not sent you an order at the time your request, we will refund your full amount. In case the order has already been shipped, all refund rules specified in the RETURN section apply.
