Founded in 2013 by Anna Osmekhina — stylist, fashion editor, and costume designer — the brand quickly grew from a small team of enthusiasts into an international phenomenon.
Among the brand's celebrity fans are Emily Ratajkowski, Tina Kunakey, Nicki Minaj, Grimes, Winnie Harlow, Kourtney Kardashian, Kristen McMenamy, Tommy Cash, Róisín Murphy, Sita Abellán, and many others.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team and are now seeking an SMM Specialist who will play an essential role in the brand’s communication.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in SMM, preferably in the fashion industry or related fields
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement
- Experience organizing shoots and creating content
- Ability to multitask, manage processes, and meet deadlines
- Creativity, openness to new ideas, analytical mindset
- Experience in developing email marketing campaigns, digital postcards, and banners
- English — Intermediate or higher
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing the brand’s social media presence
- Creating and planning the content calendar
- Overseeing publication schedules and ensuring consistent content aligned with strategy
- Assigning tasks to the content team when needed
- Creating basic visual content for social media (SMM design)
- Sourcing references, generating new ideas and formats for social platforms
- Monitoring performance metrics: engagement, views, saves, shares, etc
- Developing creative assets for targeted ads
- Initiating and implementing improvements to the content strategy based on analytics and feedback
